Can I cancel a service after booking?

Yes, you may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial fee.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval. The amount is returned to the original payment method used at booking.

What if I am not satisfied with the result?

We take pride in our work. If the finished service does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and arrange a correction at no additional charge.

Are there any services that cannot be refunded?

Bespoke automotive solutions and enhancement packages that involve custom materials or parts are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposit amounts for these services are clearly outlined at booking.

Do I need to bring anything for a refund request?

Simply reach out with your booking reference number and a brief description of your concern. We handle the rest from there.
